If you want to apply for a job in this app, first you need to choose a job that fits you; after that, you will click on the apply button.
When you click that button, a chat with a bot pops up, letting you know that you need to be of legal age for the job.
If you meet the requirements, it prompts you to click a link below.
You’ll notice a green WhatsApp button in the chat. Clicking on it takes you straight to WhatsApp.
Once you’re redirected, you’ll see a number that looks a bit sketchy, starting with +62, which is an Indonesian number, and it has no profile picture.
Interestingly, it automatically types out a message saying “hello” and “I want a job.” After you send that, you’ll get all the details you need about the job.
Intercept app Review
When I went on the Play Store to find the Intercept app’s legitimacy.
I found that the Intercept app owner hide their app rating & reviews, which raises questions about the legitimacy of this app.
The most surprising thing is when I checked the Intercept app about section, then I knew that it didn’t states that it is a job app.
Things got even sketchier when I looked up the developer’s contact info and clicked on their website link, only to discover there’s no official site of Intercept at all. That’s a serious red flag.

After doing thorough research about the Intercept app, I found out it’s pretty much like other shady job apps like Zentus for your future, Job Blazer, Aimer and Dwoozle.
This app lures people in promises of high paying jobs, but when you try to apply, it just sends you to WhatsApp and asks for cash up front. That’s a huge red flag.
Legit job apps never ask for money from users to land a job, nor do they redirect you to WhatsApp for job applications.
Most of the scam job apps are doing the same thing: they send users to WhatsApp and ask for money, and if users give them money, then they fall into their trap.
So, steer clear of this app if you’re looking for a job; otherwise, you might end up getting scammed and losing your cash.
